I. Performance and Applications
This product is a free-radical type. UV Cured silicone release agent. Solvent-free, with medium release force, low migration, and excellent smoothness; used as an anti-adhesive coating for paper and films, and also as a photocuring additive to enhance the performance of varnishes and other coatings. Primarily employed in the production of release coatings for self‑adhesive products, such as labels, tapes, die‑cutting applications, and hygiene products.

III. Usage References
1. The product can be cured by electron-beam or ultraviolet irradiation. UV Curing requires the addition of an appropriate photoinitiator; the recommended dosage of the photoinitiator is… 2% ~ 5%。
2. After adding a photoinitiator, the silicone mixture remains stable at temperatures not exceeding 30℃ Store protected from light at the specified temperature. Stir and test before reuse.
3. UV Curing requires nitrogen protection to maintain the residual oxygen level within the curing chamber. <300 ppm。
IV. Packaging and Storage Transportation

It is used for paper and film anti-stick coatings, or as a UV-curing additive to improve the performance of overprint varnish and similar products. It is mainly intended for release coatings on self-adhesive products with applications in labels, adhesive tapes and die-cutting, as well as hygiene products.

Ⅲ. How to Use
1. The product can be cured by electron beam or ultraviolet radiation which requires the addition of a suitable photoinitiator with a recommended dosage of 2% to 5%.
2. The organic silicon mixture, with photoinitiator added in, should be stored below 30℃ at a place protected from light . Please stir properly first and test before reuse.
3. UV curing requires nitrogen to keep residual oxygen level in the curing chamber below 300ppm.
IV. Packaging and Storage
- It is sealed in drums of sizes as in 2 0kg, 200kg, or customized as per customer request.
- Please store it in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place away from sunlight in an unopened package ing . The shelf life is 6 months below 30 °C.
