Product Description

SH-730 Silicone release agent

I. Performance and Applications

This product is a solid-containing formulation. 30% The main component of this silicone release agent is a addition‑cure, solvent‑based silicone type, with toluene as the solvent. It cures rapidly upon heating and exhibits stable release performance, excellent adhesion to substrates, and good bath stability. This product delivers relatively strong release force, making it well suited for use with high‑release additives to produce release liners with enhanced peel strength; the coating dries quickly and leaves a high residual tack. It is primarily used for… PET The membrane and certain aluminum foil substrates are coated with silicone, with applications in electronic films, die-cutting, optical films, and thin-film tapes.
