May 6, 1994, Zaoyang Hongqi Energy-Saving Materials Factory (later renamed Zaoyang Hongqi Energy-Saving Materials Co., Ltd.) was established through a leasing arrangement.
January 16, 1995, Zaoyang Hongqi Energy-Saving Materials Factory and Mr. Li Zhongbang, a Chinese-American businessman, jointly invested to establish Zaoyang Sihai Chemical Co., Ltd., a Sino‑foreign joint venture.
February 24, 1998, Shenzhen Jipeng Silicon-Fluorine Materials Co., Ltd. was established.
November 28, 1999, Zaoyang Sihai Chemical Co., Ltd. and Wuhan University have jointly established the Wuhan University–Zaoyang Sihai Chemical Co., Ltd. Research and Development Engineering Center for Organosilicon Fine Chemicals.
December 2, 2001, Shanghai Chuyijia Organic Silicon Materials Changtong Co., Ltd. has been established.
October 12, 2002, Vietnam Sihai Industrial Co., Ltd. was established.
April 16, 2005, Zaoyang Chuangxin Chemical Co., Ltd. has become a shareholder of Zaoyang Sihai Chemical Co., Ltd. (initially holding a controlling stake, later transitioning to a minority equity position).
July 18, 2007, Zaoyang Sihai Chemical Co., Ltd. and the Ministry of Education’s Research Center for Organosilicon Compounds and Materials Engineering at Wuhan University have jointly established the Hubei Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Specialty Surfactants.
July 7, 2009, Zaoyang Sihai Chemical Co., Ltd. has been renamed Hubei Xin Sihai Chemical Co., Ltd.
June 28, 2013, Hubei Xinsi Hai Chemical Co., Ltd. has successfully listed on the Wuhan Equity Custody Center, becoming the first enterprise in Zaoyang City to gain access to the capital market.
September 27, 2018, Hubei Zhuoxuanyang International Trade Co., Ltd. was established in the East Lake New Technology Development Zone of Wuhan City.
In January 2019, An organic silicon product series project with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons was invested in and constructed within the Zhaoyang City Chemical Industrial Park, and Hubei Longsheng Sihai New Materials Co., Ltd. was established.
In June 2020, The construction of the 20,000-ton-per-year organosilicon products project has been completed.
October 2024, Longsheng Sihai Technology R&D (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. was officially inaugurated.
September 2025, The company’s IPO process has officially commenced.
December 2025, The company’s Phase II infrastructure construction has been completed.
May 2026, The company’s Phase II project has commenced trial production.
June 2026, The company has obtained the listing approval letter for the New Third Board.
