Product Description

SH-630 Organosilicon release agent

I. Performance and Applications

This product is a platinum-catalyzed, solvent-free silicone release agent. It cures rapidly upon heating, exhibits low extractability, and delivers consistent release performance, excellent substrate adhesion, and outstanding bath stability, while curing effectively on a wide range of paper substrates. It is well suited for siliconizing most conventional release liners, with broad compatibility and good compatibility with a wide variety of adhesives. Release liners for pressure-sensitive tapes and labels, single- and double-sided industrial release papers, high‑tech adhesive tape backing coatings, release papers for non‑stick packaging, hygiene products, and more, as well as release paper for food‑baking applications, indoor and outdoor advertising stickers, and coating of other substrates.

Three , use Reference

It is recommended to prepare the coating solution according to the following steps. The equipment should be clean. First, add the main component; then add the crosslinking agent and stir thoroughly; finally, slowly introduce the catalyst and mix well. Under normal conditions, the shelf life of the coating solution is 6 Hour.

The filtered coating solution is uniformly applied to the substrate and then cured by heating in an oven. Refer to the temperature and duration used during laboratory curing tests: 140℃*20s 。

Precautions for Use:

1. This product is susceptible to contamination by peroxides and other substances, such as organotin compounds, sulfur-containing materials, and amines. Please clean all mixing and coating equipment, and use dedicated containers whenever possible.

2. To ensure optimal performance, it is essential to optimize the application process so that the product cures as completely as possible.
