Product Description

SH-620 Organosilicone release agent

I. Performance and Applications

This product is an addition-cure, solvent-free silicone release agent. It offers low release force, rapid thermal curing, and a low extractable‑solids content, while providing consistent peel strength, excellent substrate adhesion, and outstanding bath stability. It is primarily used for siliconizing coated paper and glassine paper where mild release performance is required. For coated paper, its main applications are kraft‑coated papers, with end‑use markets including wallpaper and footwear materials. For glassine paper, it is mainly employed in high‑speed automated labeling and similar applications.

Three , use Reference

It is recommended to prepare the coating solution according to the following steps. The equipment should be clean. First, add the main component. Then, add the crosslinking agent and stir thoroughly. Finally, slowly add the catalyst and mix well. Under normal conditions, the shelf life of the coating solution is 6 Hour.

The filtered coating solution is uniformly applied to the substrate and then cured by heating in an oven. Refer to the temperature and duration used during laboratory curing tests: 140℃*20s 。

Precautions for Use:

1. This product is susceptible to contamination by peroxides and other substances, such as organotin compounds, sulfur-containing materials, and amines. Please clean all mixing and coating equipment, and use dedicated containers whenever possible.

2. To ensure optimal performance of this product, it is essential to optimize the application process to achieve complete curing.
