This product is a reactive small molecular weight solvent- free methyl /phenyl polysiloxane resin with alkoxy functional groups. It can be used with amino silane, organotin, organotitanium and other catalysts to achieve room temperature moisture curing, and shows good dry and physical mechanical properties. The silicone dioxide content is high, it has better temperature resistance and low smoke performance. It can be matched with carbon black and aluminum paste to achieve long-term temperature resistance of 650℃, and will not produce open flame during temperature resistance. It is applied in the field of high temperature resistant coatings,such as chimney paint, fireplace paint, steam pipe paint, etc.

Ⅲ Packaging, Storage & Delivery

This product is packed in 200 kg plastic drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. This product belongs to non-dangerous goods.

Ⅳ Instructions

It is generally recommended to use the pigment filler and a part of the resin to prepare the paste，then add the remaining silicone resin ,to produce finished coating. You can also directly mix the resin-free color paste into the resin to adjust the finished paint.
Xylene and other solvents without hydroxyl group can be chosen as diluent.
