This product is a methyl solid silicone resin with high silica content. It has good heat resistance and very less smoke when decomposed under high temperature, high reactivity, strong adhesion, high hardness, good scratch resistance.

7034 is a liquid silicone resin diluting 7033 with an environmental-friendly solvent.

Ⅲ Recommended applications

1.It is used in laminate insulation bond.

2.It is used in resistance and insulation coatings, providing good temperature resistance, at the same time, giving it the performance of stability (no smoke, no cracking) and scratch resistance etc.

Ⅳ Packaging and storage

Generally be packed in 50kg plastic inner lining paper drums, sealed stored in a cool and dry environment under 25℃. The shelf life is generally 6 months from the date of production.

Ⅴ Construction reference

1. If the coating or binder is prepared by solvent method, it is recommended to select toluene or xylene as the solvent to throughly dissolve the resin and prepare the paint. The dissolution process can be moderately heated (≤60℃). It is necessary to filter with 200-mesh press cloth before using and observe whether the filtrate is clear.

2. If powder coatings are used to prepare resistive insulating coatings, it is necessary to ensure that the resin and pigment filler are completely mixed.
