This product is a low molecular weight solvent-free organosilicone resin made by the mixed hydrolysis of alkoxy silanes of different functionalities, and can be cured at room temperature, with good activity, high hardness, no adhesion in hot state, small loss of gloss, small smoke when heated. It is mainly used for the production of high solid content heat-resistant coatings, such as automobile, motorcycle and aircraft parts (such as exhaust system, muffler, engine parts), household appliances (oven, stove, barbecue), and can also be used as harden plated crystal materials of automobile protection.

Ⅲ Packaging, Storage & Delivery

This product is packed in 200 kg plastic drum, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, avoid acid and alkali contact. This product belongs to non-dangerous goods.

Ⅳ Instructions

1.The diluent used in this product shall not contain water, acid, alkali, amine and other compounds, otherwise it will affect adhesion, dryness and other properties of paint film.

2.Methanol and other flammable and explosive solvents may generate during using,attention should be paid to enhancing site ventilation during processing. Pay attention to fire prevention, anti-static, strictly cut off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.

3.This product can be diluted with ketones, esters, toluene, xylene, etc.. The shelf life is half a year.
