III. Usage References

It is recommended to prepare the coating solution according to the following steps. The equipment should be clean. First, add the main component. Then, add the crosslinking agent and stir thoroughly. Finally, slowly introduce the catalyst while stirring until well mixed. Under normal conditions, the shelf life of the coating solution is… 6 Hour.

The filtered coating solution is uniformly applied to the substrate and then cured by heating in an oven. Refer to the temperature and duration used during laboratory curing tests: 140℃*20s 。

Precautions for Use:

1. This product is susceptible to contamination by peroxides and other substances, such as organotin compounds, sulfur-containing materials, and amines. Please clean all mixing and coating equipment, and use dedicated containers whenever possible.

2. To ensure optimal performance of this product, it is essential to optimize the application process to achieve complete curing.

IV. Packaging and Storage Transportation

Standard packaging 20kg/ Bucket, 200kg/ Drums; packaging can be customized upon request. Please store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area and keep tightly sealed. From the date of manufacture, this product is… 30℃ The following shelf life is: 12 months.

SH-640 Silicone Release Coating

Ⅰ. Product Description

SH-640 is an addition-curing and solvent-free Silicone Release Coating. It features rapid thermal curing, low extraction rate, and high Subsequent Adhesion Strength . It is also characterized by stable peel force, good adhesion to substrates, excellent bath stability, and good anti-penetration as well as oil resistance. It is mainly used for silicone coating on highly permeable food paper or hygiene paper, or products requiring a relatively smooth coating.
