IV. Scope of Application and Features
This product is an edible defoamer formulated based on the mechanisms underlying foam formation during soy‑product manufacturing, utilizing a blend of food‑grade additives. It offers excellent defoaming performance while requiring only a minimal dosage.
V. Instructions for Use
Add 0.1%–0.3% based on the weight of dry soybeans; when the soy milk has been heated to 60–90°C, introduce the product into the soy milk while stirring. The product will dissolve and disperse through the soy milk foam, effectively eliminating foam.
VI. Packaging and Storage
1. Packaged in 50 kg polyethylene drums; packaging can also be customized upon customer request.
2. This product shall be stored in a sealed container in a well-ventilated, dry location, protected from rain and direct sunlight. It must not be packed, transported, or stacked together with strong acids, strong bases, or toxic substances.
3. This product is to be transported as a non-hazardous material.

IV. Applications and Features
This product is a compound defoamer refined by a variety of food additives according to the mechanism of foam formation in the process of soybean products production. It features in great defoaming effect and low dosage.
V. How to Use
Add 0.1%~0.3% of this product based on the weight of dry soybeans. Add it proportionally into the soybean milk under stirring when the temperature reaches 60 ℃~90℃. The product then flows and mixes with the foam in the soybean milk and achieves defoaming by dissolving.
Ⅵ. Packaging and Storage
- Store in a 50kg polyethylene bucket, or a customized size as per customer request.
- The product should be sealed, and stored in a ventilated and dry place. No exposure to rain or sunlight. It must not be mixed, transported, or stored together with strong acids, strong alkalis, or toxic substances.
- Transport as non-hazardous goods.
