Three 、 Application Explanation

This product is a two-component system and can be cured with peroxides. Cured with BPO or a curing agent specific to this company;

Due to variations in substrate, coating equipment, curing cycle, and desired properties, the amount of curing agent added is expressed as a percentage of the adhesive weight. 2.0 ~ 2.5 %. In order to ensure the curing agent and the adhesive… Good Mix by first completely dissolving it in the solvent, then adding it to the adhesive solution and stirring thoroughly. Meanwhile, prior to coating on the machine, it should be further… Filter once through a mesh with 180 or more mesh count to prevent Mechanical The introduction of impurities ;

The use of a curing agent can accelerate the curing process or enable curing at lower temperatures, and it can also enhance the adhesive’s cohesive strength and improve its adhesion to the substrate. The dispersion prepared by mixing should be used within one to two days, because… Hardener It rapidly loses its activity in the solvent. During mixing, the adhesive and… Hardener Sufficient dispersion is a necessary condition for ensuring consistent performance of the finished product. ;

SH -922A Series The adhesive can be applied directly using conventional tape‑coating equipment; prior to application, it may be further diluted with a compatible solvent such as toluene or xylene, with the working‑solution concentration set at… 18-20 % left and right It is advisable, The specifics can be determined based on each device and the operator’s experience. Coating. When using solvents, ensure adequate ventilation and comply with the solvent supplier’s safety precautions and applicable regulations.

Surface Sulfidation Cycle: 80- 90℃* 2 min solvent removal, to ensure that no solvent remains in the adhesive when it enters the curing zone for vulcanization; 1 5 0-170 °C* 5 min, thermal curing further enhances its adhesive strength, cohesive strength, and initial tack. However, the precise curing conditions depend on the length, temperature, and efficiency of the heating oven, the type of curing agent, and the nature of the substrate used; therefore, these conditions must be determined through equipment‑based testing.

If the equipment and substrate permit the use of a higher curing temperature, the curing time can be shortened. Compared with low-temperature curing, increasing the curing temperature allows the adhesive to achieve its cohesive strength in a shorter period.

III A application S specification

This product is a two-component product and can be cured with peroxide BPO or the special curing agent of our company .

Due to the differences in factors such as substrate, coating equipment, curing cycle and required properties, the addition amount of the curing agent is 2.0 to 2.5% of the glue amount . To ensure the good mixing of the curing agent and the adhesive, first completely dissolve the curing agent in the solvent and then add it to the adhesive solution, and stir well to mix evenly . At the same time, before coating on the machine, it should be filtered once again with a filter screen of 180 mesh or more to prevent the mixture of mechanical impurities.

The curing agent can be used to accelerate the curing speed or allow for curing at low temperature, and it can also improve the cohesion strength of the adhesive and improve the adhesion property of the adhesive. The mixed and prepared dispersion liquid can only be used for one to two days,that is because the curing agent will lose its activity quickly in the solvent. The thorough dispersion of the adhesive and curing agent during the mixing process is a necessary condition to ensure the consistency of the finished product's application effect.

The SH-922A series adhesives can be directly applied with traditional tape coating equipments. Before application, they can be further diluted with compatible solvents such as toluene and xylene. The concentration of the working solution is preferably around 18-20%, and the specific concentration can be determined according to each individual's equipment and experience. When using solvents for coating, it is essential to ensure good ventilation and please comply with the safety precautions and relevant regulations of the solvent supplier.

Surface vulcanization cycle: 80-90℃*2 minutes for solvent removal to ensure that there is no solvent in the adhesive when it enters the curing zone for vulcanization. At 150-170℃ for 5 minutes, its adhesive force, cohesive strength and initial adhesion are further enhanced through thermal curing.    However, the exact conditions required for vulcanization depend on the length, temperature and efficiency of the heating furnace, the type of curing agent and the type of substrate used. At the same time, tests must be conducted on the equipment to determine these conditions.

If the equipment and substrate allow for a higher curing temperature, the curing time can be shortened. Compared with low-temperature curing, increasing the curing temperature can achieve the cohesive strength of the adhesive in a shorter time.

Ⅳ Packaging , Storage&Delivery
