This product is a low-molecular-weight polydimethylsiloxane terminated with silanol groups. Oligosiloxanes synthesized via ring‑opening metathesis can serve as structure‑controlling agents in the production of silicone rubber and as chain extenders in the synthesis of other products. They are also used for water‑repellent, softening, and anti‑sticking treatments of textiles, paper, and leather, or as cosmetic additives.
IV. Packaging and Storage
1. This product is packaged in clean, dry, sealed iron drums with an internal plastic lining or in plastic drums.
2. Transportation: During transport, protect the product from direct sunlight and rain. This product is to be transported as a non-hazardous material.
3. Storage: This product shall be stored in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry environment; it must not come into contact with harmful substances such as acids or alkalis. The shelf life is six months from the date of manufacture. Upon expiration of the shelf life, the product may be re‑tested in accordance with the applicable standards; if it meets the required specifications, it may still be used.

III. Features and Applications
This product is a low molecular weight , silanol-terminated polydimethylsiloxane , an oligomeric siloxane produced through the telomerization of cyclic siloxanes. It serves as a structural control agent in silicone rubber production , and as a chain extender for other products. Additionally , it can be used for water repellency , softening , and anti-adhesion treatments of fabrics , paper and leather , or as an additive in cosmetics.
IV. Packaging and Storage
- Packaging: This product is sealed in a clean and dry inner plastic-coated iron drums or plastic drums.
- Transportation: During transportation, exposure to sunlight and rain should be prevented. Transport it as non-hazardous goods.
