III、Usage scope and characteristic
T-10 series are mineral oil system defoamer , with good performance of defoaming, long-time durability, acid/alkali resistance. It has the function of degasing in high thicky liquid. It is applied for kinds of synthetic emulsion, especially for the process of polymerization and degassing in rubber and plastic industry, eliminating the foam generated due to multiple surfactants used in the system. It is also applicable for the industry such as resin products、water-based paint、 latex paint、 water-based ink、 emulsion polymerization、 polymer gel、 styrene-acrylic emulsion、 papermaking and petrochemical industry in which organosiloxane system is inadaptable.
IV、Method for Application
T-10 should be diluted with water or foam liquid into even ingredient then added into foam liquid, also can be added directly. The suitable dosage is dependent on the specific case of customer. In general under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.1-1% based on total formulation. The defoamer dilution should be used within 12 hours.
V、Packaging and Delivery
1. This antifoam is available in 25Kg, 50Kg and 200Kg PE drums or internal-coated bucket. Alternate packaging is available upon request.
2. Sealed in a cool, ventilated and dry place, avoiding exposure to the sun and rain Strictly prohibit from mixing, storing or transporting with strong acid, alkali and toxic substances
3. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 12 months from the date of manufacture. When sedimentation appears exceeding the guarantee period, it can be used if it is qualified after analyzed.
4. Transported as non-dangerous goods.
